Diamond Approach Ottawa Montreal 2 is now forming a new ongoing retreat group, which will engage students in the rich and unfolding teachings of the Diamond Approach. The Super Ego or Inner Critic creates great pain and suffering through its relentless criticism, comparison, and judgment.  It limits our experience, squashes our dreams, and keeps us in check. In this December 5, 6, & 7, 2025 retreat we will begin the process of seeing how the superego operates and understanding how it affects us.  Using the teachings and methodology of the Diamond Approach, we will invite more awareness of this layer of our personality which keeps us trapped in our usual sense of self.
